Competition format
- Rules §5.1

Entries
- Eligibility §7
- Registered schools, swim clubs and academies. LIS students swim for the organising school (LIS). Independent or unattached swimmers may register only under LIS, which may accept or reject the application.
- Entries §6.1–6.2

- Scratching is allowed only before or at the Team Managers’ Meeting. A penalty of RM100 per event applies for withdrawals on the day, no-shows or did-not-swim, payable before the swimmer’s next event that day. Medical withdrawals need a medical certificate; the swimmer is then unfit to swim for the rest of that day.
